These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of spanishpath.net (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from Evercrest Digital Limited HK ("Spanish Path," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Products

Spanish Path sells 100% digital products: downloadable PDF eBooks covering Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and workbook exercises. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased eBook(s) via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, and through your account if you created one. No physical shipping is involved, and no shipping address is required for order fulfillment.

4. License to Use

When you purchase an eBook from Spanish Path, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the eBook for your own personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the eBook, in whole or in part, with any third party.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the eBook.
  • Upload the eBook to any file-sharing platform, public repository, or other distribution channel.
  • Use the eBook for any commercial purpose, including teaching materials distributed to others, without our prior written authorization.

Unauthorized distribution constitutes a serious copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless your browser location displays local currency through our currency selector. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing your purchase and accessing your download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Our 15-day money-back guarantee (see Section 6) applies independently of this waiver.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the eBooks themselves, is the property of Evercrest Digital Limited HK and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evercrest Digital Limited HK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
