We want you to be genuinely happy with your Spanish Path eBook. If it's not the right fit for you, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the condition below.
Condition for Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the eBook file must not have been downloaded. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we're able to verify download status on our end. Once a file has been downloaded, we're unable to offer a refund, as the digital content has already been fully delivered and accessed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@spanishpath.net within 15 days of your purchase date, including your order number. We'll confirm your download status and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Bundle Purchases
For bundle purchases (multiple eBooks in one order), the same download condition applies individually — if any eBook within the bundle has been downloaded, that portion of the order is no longer eligible for a refund. Contact us and we'll review your specific case.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Requests made more than 15 days after purchase.
- Orders where the eBook file has already been downloaded.
- Change of mind after having accessed the full content.
